'64 "DUSTY HAND" is a set for guitarists looking for Fender's sound from the mid ‘60s from the CBS era. The balanced sound of the bridge with the rough characteristic, strong sound of the lower strings and the classic Tele sound in the upper ranges works perfectly in genres from Country to  Hard Rock.
The neck pickup sounds warm and clear and very balanced.
 
Thanks to my winding method, the '64 "DUSTY HAND" set is sensitive to touch and works great for all playing techniques.
 
This set has a waxed outer layer of coils, such as all vintage Fender pickups. The center of the coil is not waxed to obtain pure, crystal sound.
The high end and full midrange sound combined with my partial waxing method provides high dynamics throughout the frequency range.
