DISCRIPTION
 
THE BUTCHER ARM P90 pickups, like the P90 CLASSIC, utilize  long rought sand cast ALNICO 5 magnets. However, this set is hot wound hot, resulting in greater output and a more aggressive sound. This set performs perfectly in all situations: from high amplifier Gain settings to the clean, unique sounds of the neck pickup. The lows are punchy, and the midrange is boosted and clear. The highs cut through effortlessly without dominating. All these features combine to deliver a wonderful, powerful and balanced tone for all your guitar applications.
 
The Butcher Arm pickups are fully waxed.

I have a P90 Soap Bar available in two sizes :
 
The 49.2mm Gibson P90 size is only available as Black or Ivory Soap Bar with a 7.5mm corner radius and is used in Gibson guitars or in custom designs based on Gibson P90 pickups.
The 50mm Soap Bar cover has a 6.0mm corner radius and is used in Epiphone guitars and many other models.
